BBQ Pork Sandwiches
1 pork tenderloin cut into four pieces
1/2 c. BBQ sauce
1 T. apple cider vinegar
1/4 c. water
Simmer in a saucepan until tender, about 20 minutes.
Shred and serve on Hawaiian sweet rolls.
